Purpose:

Citizen-based monitoring has been the backbone of the Upper Sugar River Watershed Association since establishing as an organization. We pride ourselves on maintaining a directory of long-term data for the Upper Sugar River Watershed through our volunteers, and are always looking to expand our capacity.
