Difficult to describe location, but west of Division Road. Also this is a very vulnerable area with other listed species so I don't recommend publicizing specific location anyway.

Black-tipped Darner (Aeshna tuberculifera)

Canon zoom cameras notoriously have a tendency to burn out highlights. One photo shows blue spots on the abdomen which should be correct. The yellow spots on the other photo are burned out. Also there are some linear sun highlights on the last few abdominal segments. Observation was incidental to butterfly survey. (Just noticed county error in file names! These were Fond du Lac!)
