1 male flying over surface weeds along the channel between Shawano Lake and Wolf River. Didn't get any great pictures but 4 of us watched it for 5 minutes at ranges as short as 6 feet. Definitely saw narrow saddlebags, black abdomen tip (segments 8-10), and amber in wings. Did not see stripes but 100% sure of ID. Coordinates those of this species and Libellula incesta. (4 photos)
