Duncan Creek where it crosses County S.

Arrow Clubtail (Stylurus spiniceps)
Photographed
I have seen these at this location for three years in a row. About a dozen, today, spread out in a stretch of river measuring a third of a mile or so, generally cruising within a foot of the water's surface. Preference seems to be for riffles and areas where current is strong. (vetter note: was submitted as a zebra clubtail, changed to arrow by me, observer has probably seen both species at the site but thought they were all zebras.
