Small creek that empties into Lake Como. Sandy bottom, rocky in shallow sections. A few feet wide in most places, occasionally widening into small pools. Much grassy vegetation growing in shallow areas. Shoreline densely vegetated with tall grass. Shrubby vegetation nearby in some sections.

Tule Bluet (Enallagma carunculatum)
Netted and released
Several intermediate type bluets observed. Netted one to confirm ID. Tule is currently by far the most common bluet at all sites in and near Bloomer.
