Bloomer. Small creek that empties into Lake Como. Sandy bottom, rocky in shallow sections. A few feet wide in most places, occasionally widening into small pools. Much grassy vegetation growing in shallow areas. Shoreline densely vegetated with tall grass. Shrubby vegetation nearby in some sections. North of soybean factory on Industrial Drive. --- 1:00-6:00 pm, overcast becoming sunny, mid 70s F, southwest light wind

Several patrolling at the creek and a few feeding over a field near the creek. Netted five males and one female.
