ticks
Purpose:
This research project aims to better understand human exposure to ticks. What do we do when we get ticks on us, and what prevent tick bites? Participants log their daily (outdoor) activities, tick prevention method(s) used and ticks found. When a tick is found a picture can be submitted for identification and this helps us in understanding what ticks people find and monitoring for invading species, like the lone star tick.
