Photographed
I see that Rainbow Bluet hasn't been recorded in Kenosha Co. since 1968. When I read this, I knew the record should be updated fairly easily with at least the Fox River. I think it is a matter of no one looking rather than they are not there. They should be regularly common along the river, much less so than Stream but more so than Double-striped.
Stream Bluet (Enallagma exsulans)
Observed
Several
American Rubyspot (Hetaerina americana)
Photographed
Several seen.
