Small damned pond on undeveloped park land on the east side of Beloit, Wisconsin. Pond is immediately surrounded by a buffer of deciduous and coniferous trees, but abruptly changes to agricultural land. Located on the southest side of Gateway Blvd. between Apex Drive and Eagles Ridge Road.

Very common; both males and females. Observed one female repeatedly ovipositing in moss growing on the side of a fallen log.
