Marsh Pond area with slow moving streams, surrounded by open prairies (with campion flowers, wild roses, Foxglove Beardtongue, Dogwood, Bluejackets, Iris, Wild Indigo, Bebb's Sedges & various tall grasses). Trail winds throughout and into areas of intermingled patches of grasses, shrubs and a deciduous hardwood forest (Basswood, Poplar, Oak, Maple, Ash).
