Variegated Meadowhawk (Sympetrum corruptum)
Observed
One flew by me through the marshy border of Galky Lake in the morning around 9:30am. I got a good look at it from the front. It was a small red dragonfly. It made one pass through the area and then flew up into the trees. I did not see it again.
