I was elated to spot this damsel and subsequently lost it as I steadied my camera. It took me 45 frustrating minutes before I spotted it again. This damsel has a delicate flight and seems to disappear in thin air after taking flight. I spotted it along a trail on the west side of hwy 67, about 20 yards in. The pond has a trout sign next to the road. I can't say there was more than one but possibly two individuals seen.
