Beulah Bog State Natural Area. Observations made on boardwalk by the bog.

Seen looking south near Lilypad mostly, continuous flight a few feet above water. One seen ovipositing on lilypad. My photos are not the best but I believe the id is correct based on cerci shape and the shape of the thoracic stripes being straight, indented and expanding on the upper end. The eyes and face bright blue. The base of abdomen also largely blue.
