Lyre-tipped Spreadwing (Lestes unguiculatus)

First time I have seen ANY spreadwing at this pond, which the city stocks with fish for fun fishing. I am not knocking the practice, just surprised to see a spreadwing here, and am glad it is one I can certainly identify!
