Common Green Darner (Anax junius)
Observed
Arrived at 2:15 pm and did not observe any dragonflies. At 2:35 a static swarm of dragonflies arrived and fed for 40 minutes. The swarm included numerous Common Green Darners, numerous Black Saddlebags, and multiple Shadow Darners. A smaller group of Common Green Darners and several Black Saddlebags retuned approximately 15 minutes later and fed for about 15 minutes.
