Island between Old Abe Lake and the Chippewa River. Accessed by crossing old bridge, first right turn north of CTH Y on Hwy 178. [10:45-13:00, sunny, 69 F. In addition to identified Odonata one glider and a handful of Aeshna darners were observed.]

White-faced Meadowhawk (Sympetrum obtrusum)

Netted one for confirmation. Very likely all other meadowhawks with black legs were this species, based on my observations since 2017.
