lagoon on the south end of Stricker's Pond in Middleton. Drive to the south end of Middleton St - it is a dead end. Walk 50 yards along the path. Stricker's Pond is on your right, the lagoon is on your left (south).

Eastern Forktail (Ischnura verticalis)
Observed
Familiar Bluet (Enallagma civile)
Observed
one male!
Blue-eyed Darner (Rhionaeschna multicolor)
Observed
two or three males patrolling over the lagoon on the south size of Stricker's Pond - maybe because it was windy, they were not hovering enough for a photo - but binocular views were clear, confident about the identification - regular spot for low numbers of this species
Common Green Darner (Anax junius)
Observed
two seen hunting, first I have seen in about a week
Lance-tipped Darner (Aeshna constricta)
Photographed
I followed this guy around a playing field (closer to Tiedeman Pond than Stricker's but I am including it in this list because they are close together)

Autumn Meadowhawk (Sympetrum vicinum)
Photographed
This species is suddenly on the rise here - multiple males and tandem pairs were seen

Great Spreadwing (Archilestes grandis)
Observed
one female - I forgot to include this observation on the checklist I submitted yesterday. I recall seeing this species at Stricker's Pond only once before.
