Observed and photographed something I have never seen before! A Great Crested Flycatcher was actively hunting Common Green Darners. It swooped down from a tree perch, snatched a Common Green Darner in low grasses near the ground, flew back up into the tree, and proceeded to swallow the dragonfly whole.
