Two along the stream. One book describes Fawn Darners as more active in the afternoon but my experience is this species is already very active early in the morning. Their eyes show a tinge of turquoise and appear clearer (almost glasslike) than other dragonflies, almost holographic in appearance. Photos fail to capture this.
