UW Arboretum East Entrance & Gardner Marsh. Includes Wingra Creek either direction from the Arboretum Drive bridge over the creek (upstream to the dam, downstream for very roughly 400 feet) and the Gardner Marsh trails/boardwalks.

14 seen perched on lily pads and flying over water - most certainly several times more than the number we report that we could not ID due to distance and glare (over 10 unidentified damselflies were seen flying over the water, and sun angle was bad for photos).
