Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve. Checked on and around turtle pond, then took four seasons trail out to deer run trail to search for Aeshna.

Seen a handful on edge of pond.
Tule Bluet (Enallagma carunculatum)

2 males on lily pads on pond.

Seen 2 flying on pond. 3 more in the open areas near the creek on deer run trail.
Lance-tipped Darner (Aeshna constricta)
Observed
Seen 2 briefly on shaded part of creek. Noted a lot of blue/green on them and greenish face. They bolted before I could do anything with them.

1 flew across the creek on perched on a tree. I passed on the long shot.

Very abundant nearly the entire walk. Many in wheel as well.
