Sunset Park. Out a bit earlier than ideal to take advantage of sunshine but was maybe mid 60’s. Parked in big lot and went along river to creek and pond and back.

Pretty sure I got this right! I whiffed on spotting it in some trees along river near boat launch and it flew to the tops giving me just a rear view. Thankfully that bright sun lit up his appendages!
