At the Ridges Sanctuary, Baileys Harbor, WI. I saw a few near the south end of the pond and a few more near the (north?) end of Sandy, flying over the swale.

I saw two Hine's flying above among the trees just across the road from the rangefinder, at the entrance to the beach. Did not have time to photograph but their distinct "helicopter" look helped with the identification.
