pretty sure about this identification, (RBD note: this male is certainly in the Enallagma annexum/vernale group, but these two species cannot usually be separated in photographs, so we have been entering end-point specimens of both species, and all of their many presumed intergrades, into the Odonata database as E. annexum.)
