Bloomer. Small creek that empties into Lake Como. Sandy bottom, rocky in shallow sections. A few feet wide in most places, occasionally widening into small pools. Much grassy vegetation growing in shallow areas. Shoreline densely vegetated with tall grass. Shrubby vegetation nearby in some sections. North of soybean factory on Industrial Drive. [16:25-17:40, intermittently cloudy and sunny, thunderstorm to the north, very humid, 77 F]

Netted two females foraging low in weeds. Saw other darners doing the same. One male patrolling a short section of the creek.

Netted three males, saw one or two others. No females observed.
