Stream Bluet (Enallagma exsulans)

I wasn't able to get a great photo because I didn't have my best camera. I thought originally that this was an Eastern Forktail, but the thorax is blue, not green. Even though the image is blurry, there does look like to be a bar connecting the eye spot, which is why I think it's the Stream Bluet.
