I saw about 5 or 6 individuals, flying from low to high along edge of woods about 200 m from Bohn Lake; I do not know where the breeding habitat is.
Dusky Clubtail (Phanogomphus spicatus)
Saw 3 males and 1 female.
American Emerald (Cordulia shurtleffii)
Saw 2 males
Racket-tailed Emerald (Dorocordulia libera)
only a few seen.
Black Saddlebags (Tramea lacerata)
only a few in the field next to the parking lot.
Common Whitetail (Plathemis lydia)
saw 3 females.
Dot-tailed Whiteface (Leucorrhinia intacta)
Saw up to 10 individuals.
Eastern Pondhawk (Erythemis simplicicollis)
Saw only 1 male.
Four-spotted Skimmer (Libellula quadrimaculata)
Saw 4 or 5 individuals.
Frosted Whiteface (Leucorrhinia frigida)
Saw only a few.
Twelve-spotted Skimmer (Libellula pulchella)
Saw 5 or 6 individuals.
Widow Skimmer (Libellula luctuosa)
Very common, mostly young.
Eastern Forktail (Ischnura verticalis)
Marsh Bluet (Enallagma ebrium)
Elegant Spreadwing (Lestes inaequalis)
saw about 10 or more.
